Welcoming the New Minister

Comedy         The Greendale Church has been without a resident pastor, and when the pastor of a large city church advertises for a small place in the country, he is hired immediately, sight unseen.  Naturally, the women get together they discuss the new pastor, who has not yet arrived.  All the eccentricities of human nature have been made a part of the cast, and the surprise ending climaxes the genuine fun and entertainment.  Written by Sally Shute.

Who's On First

Comedy          The poor reporter!  All he wants is a line-up for the day's game, and this vaudeville classic is off and running.  Pace, timing, and the great roles of "straight man" and "comic" bring pure delight.  Written by Harry Gilles.

Once Upon a Beginning

Comedy          The Old Testament was never like this!  Adam and Eve are feuding (again), cosmetologist-wanna-be Delilah is plotting to make-over the mighty Sampson, and Noah's nameless Wife is frustrated with her near-deaf husband.  And the whole event is narrated by a snake with a severe attitude problem.  it complains about its lack of feet, explains how it bargained its way onto the ark, instigates a debate on the eat-ability of Apples, and questions God about practically everything.  This is a reverently irreverent look at how the Old Testament might have really happened.  Maybe! Written by E. Eugene Perry.
